Hurricanes suffer huge injury setback

The Hurricanes will be without star flanker Ardie Savea for much of the 2020 Super Rugby season.

Savea requires knee surgery after getting injured during the All Blacks' World Cup semi-final loss to England and will be out of action for five to six months.

Savea said on Instagram that he was 'pretty gutted' with the news, but was 'looking forward to the journey of rehabbing my knee and trying to get back on the field and supporting and helping the Canes in any way I can.'
