Boeta Chamberlain will start at flyhalf for the Sharks against the Hurricanes in Wellington on Saturday.

He replaces Curwin Bosch, who has returned to South Africa after a family bereavement, in the only change to the team that beat the Highlanders 42-20 in Dunedin.

‘We’re hoping for more of the same from last week – if the weather allows it,’ said Sharks coach Sean Everitt. ‘It looks like it’s going to remain the same, which is good, and we can then look to unleash our backs again.’

However, Everitt has selected a bench with six forwards and just two backs in anticipation of a big physical battle.

Utility forward Dylan Richardson and loose forward Phepsi Buthelezi are the new additions.

Saturday’s match will kick off at 08:05 (SA time).
